25 YEARS OF VERSATILITY AND DEDICATION.
It all started while…
…growing up on a farm outside the small town of Dell Rapids, South Dakota. Although agriculture was an indelible part of life, my father was foremost a carpenter with an acute sense of design. My interest in drawing began at an early age and he would nurture that by showing me his technical drafting skills for the custom cabinetry work for which he continues to be sought after. Seeing the notoriety and pride in making quality without compromise has made me put the same focus into every design I create and apply on my clients.
With my years of experience come an ability to expertly render a multitude of contemporary styles and I enthusiastically embrace the variety that encompass the world of tattoo today. I’m proficient in and deeply enjoy American Traditional, Fine-line, Black and Grey, Stipple, Floral, Japanese, Geometric and Ornamental. In the same token, I’m always happy to work on small, meaningful pieces to bookmark memories and feelings and can accommodate small appointments usually with little wait. No work is more important than the person I’m with at the moment and what we’ve curated for them to wear.
For the more adventurous, I always making new hand painted designs that are raw and rooted in classic tattoo motifs. I offer these designs as tattoos at a flat rate as opposed to my hourly rate. When I’m asked, “what do you love to tattoo the most”, its these. You can find new and updated designs regularly posted on my Instagram.
Getting a solid foundation of communication is my first priority before we ever get to drawing or tattooing. My work is a place of inclusivity and acceptance where you can feel confident that I’ll listen and guide you through what will work best for your tattoo.
If you’re in the Pennsylvania area, you can make an appointment with me at a gorgeous, private studio shared with a few other incredibly talented artists in the heart of downtown West Chester around some great shopping and dining.
I’m looking forward to hearing about your ideas when you’re ready.
